5. Website use and user conduct
You agree to use the site and our services lawfully and respectfully. You will not:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse Mary, staff, or other users
- Attempt to hack, scrape in a harmful way, or disrupt the site
- Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through our forms or channels
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use our materials to harm others or for unlawful purposes

- Because digital goods can be accessed immediately, they are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law or where we expressly offer a guarantee in writing for a specific product.
- If a file fails to deliver or is defective, contact us within a reasonable time and we will help resolve the issue (re-send, replace, or other fair remedy).
- If a payment was made in error or you believe you were charged incorrectly, email us promptly so we can investigate.
We aim to be fair. If something went wrong on our side, we will work with you in good faith.
8. Coaching, calls, booking, and cancellation
Discovery calls and paid sessions may be booked through our scheduling tools (for example, GoHighLevel / LeadConnector).
- Please arrive on time for scheduled calls (video or phone as agreed).
- Cancellation / reschedule: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule when possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of a prepaid session fee or a rescheduling fee, as communicated at booking or in your agreement.
- Free discovery calls are intended to explore fit; they do not create an ongoing coaching relationship unless you purchase a package or otherwise agree in writing.
- Session length, fees, and package details are as stated at checkout or in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching if it is not an appropriate fit, including if higher-level clinical or emergency care appears needed.
9. Payments
Payments for products and services are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe (and any tools integrated with our CRM / booking platform). By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the stated amount and agree to the processors terms as applicable. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
10. Testimonials and results
Any testimonials or stories reflect individual experiences. Results are not typical and not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on many factors unique to you.
11. Third-party links and tools
The site may include links to third-party sites, booking widgets, payment pages, or social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
