About Mary

The woman I am today was forged in fire.

I won’t sugarcoat my story—I survived narcissistic abuse that nearly cost me everything, including my life. There was a time when I couldn’t see beyond the manipulation, gaslighting, and emotional devastation. I reached the darkest point possible, attempting to end my pain permanently.

But that moment became my turning point instead of my ending.
