I'm a trauma-informed coach and RTT hypnotherapist. I help you stay organized, calm and clear, and with your written consent I coordinate scheduling and logistics with your attorney's office.
I'm a coach, not a lawyer or paralegal, and I'll never pretend to be. Your attorney leads your legal case. I'm here so you don't have to face it alone or unprepared.

- Reminders 2 weeks, 1 week and 48 hours before each date
- Prep and debrief calls around each key hearing or mediation
- A transition session to plan what comes next

Do you work with clients in my state?
Yes. I work with clients in any US state, virtually. I work alongside your own family law attorney, licensed in your state, who handles all legal advice and decisions.
Are you a lawyer or paralegal?
No. I'm a trauma-informed coach. I don't give legal advice or prepare legal documents.
Will this lower my legal bills?
It may help, since organized documents and focused questions often make meetings more efficient. I can't promise savings or any outcome.

The 15-minute package-design call is for women who are ready to start. It's where we confirm your dates and choose the right package, not a get-to-know-you call.
